Lencho, the emblematic revolutionary leader of the tiny Fortuna Island, is now a decades old dictator faced with the realization that as he's getting old,
his best years as an inspiring militant may be long behind him.
He is both jaded and insecure, and quite aware that his people don’t really love him anymore—though the fault is never his, of course.
And now, adding to that, a Guerrilla uprising in the jungle is threatening his rule.
A fighter at heart and a determined survival-strategist, Lencho seizes the opportunity to reinvent himself by creating an alter-ego:
Bandana, a masked vigilante intent on joining and leading the Guerrilla’s revolution.
It is a mission that may prove complicated, however, as the Guerrilla’s current leader, Chief Alondra, is a fierce young natural commander—
and self-proclaimed Warrior Poet.
She is furiously committed to commanding the Guerrilla and leading the revolution against Lencho, and she’s not keen on sharing the mantle.
Lencho moonlights back and forth between Guerrilla and Palace—as Bandana and Lencho, respectively—playing both sides, trying to gage where his best interests lie as the prospect of war builds up in the jungle.
It is clear that only one side will claim victory in the end.
